After a successful return from hamstring surgery, Randall marked his 150th appearance for the Bears with a win against Newcastle. This victory has propelled Bristol to fourth place in the Prem table, and they're ready to launch a fresh assault on the playoffs.
But here's where it gets interesting: Randall's impressive performance on England's tour to the Americas last summer has put him back in the spotlight for international selection ahead of the Six Nations. With 14 England caps already under his belt, Randall faces competition from the likes of Alex Mitchell and Ben Spencer, but he remains a key figure in head coach Steve Borthwick's plans.
"We've had a change of mindset," Randall says of Bristol's hot form. "We feel like a tough team to beat now. Our defense has improved, and our training and preparation have had a massive impact."

"As a group, we feel confident, and a confident team is always dangerous," Randall says. "We've built good momentum, and it's been a great time for us."
